Where can I find the legal ports (the ones that can be sold in stores) of some SNK fighters for PC?

I once saw Fatal Fury 3 and Samurai Showdown 2 for the PC at Fry's. They were about six bucks together.

I have FF3 for my computer. Bought it at an EB or a Babbages for about 5 to 10 bucks. I've also seen it and SS2 at Media Play. Maybe I should go see if SS2 is still there?
