hey, few questions about this subject ... - what exactly is a boot disk used for? - which do you recommend? - know of any sites that supply these?

It's used to play imports 'n copy on a "no-chip" Dreamcast ! I recommend to you Utopia latest version ! I know a site but it's dead !

the dreamcast is the only system i nknow of that lets you play copies without the need of a modchip-- eariler copies needed to be booted with a bootdisk, now copied games can be selfbootable.
where can you get it?, i don't know of any sites that have it now. you could try this file sharing program "www.neo-modus.com" it's direct connect, easily the best program i have.
