have you found any video game items you felt were mislabeled? (I know that "KOF Guy" was an example). Well, I have been looking at stuff on Ebay (particularly SNK stuff, they have a lot of MVS carts on there, some are pretty cheap). I got an SNK Mook for 18 bucks (after the shipping and handling) but I found a Mai resin kit on there that said "Mai from King of Fighters- one of the Japanese Anime". Now, she was in an anime, but it was the Garou Densetsu/Fatal Fury. I mean, don't they know KoF is a game? Just I would feel more comfortable getting an item from someone who knew the origin of the item. anyway, didn't order, just thought it was interesting. 'sides, i'm looking for a Blue Mary resin kit....

Most of the sellers dont really know much about games at all. All they know is that kids dig "the king of street fighters Z" and violently offensive games like "resident of evil creek."

Wow, I can get the Blue Marie Resin statue. And the author is Masami Obari, wow. LOL. Funny how she wasn't even in his FF anime and they give him credit for her.

and even that place is stupid.... it list Masami Obari as the "Series author" for King of the Fighters... sure he directed the animated Fatal Fury, but it didn't create it and he NEVER had anything to do with Blue Mary...

(speaking of Blue Mary, Ferrio, why does your "censored" avatar have the ghost image of her top in some frames? did the editor not get the right skin tone or something?)

Look at your avatar, in some frames (most notabley when she points, look at her shoulders) you can see a faint red shape of her top on the sprite... that's a ghost image

I personally had no idea those resin kits were so expensive until the import store near my house started getting them in. They have Hotaru, Baiken and other assorted fighting game characters ranging from 80 to 140(!) dollars.
