Does anybody know where i can buy it/download it? And, does anybody know the system requirements?Like, will, I have to download any special Japanese Windows programs to run it?

I purchaed my copy on Himeya, which is a good store for import titles.

If you want to see if your computer is able to handle the program, try downloading the demo from the page linked in the news page. It is the 10 or so megabyte file.
