The date went fine. Picked her up, ate at a Mexican restaurant (Qdoba's, a friend hooked me up so I paid for everything), saw a movie (Spiderman), played in the theatre's arcade (Crazy Taxi, Time Crisis II, Tekken 3) and took her home. She's met my parents and we've become good friends but there isn't any romance. She specifically said that she could not be in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship because she would gawk at other guys to much. Though somewhat disappointing, I'd rather her be straight with me than lead me on. And maybe things will change later on; neither of us really have anyone else to date so I'll take a "wait and see" approach. Besides, she is cool as a friend and the more the merrier.
My previous manager transfered between bank branches since one closer to where he lives became available. After a bunch of screwed up rumors, we got our new manager and he's a pretty nice guy. He treated us to dinner on Monday. I personally am coming along in my skills plus, due to a couple of odd errands and skills, I've nicknamed myself "Cleaner of Desks, Maker of Coffee".
I've been trying to set up a private online forum for my game ideas but have run into trouble such as time management, typing speeds, and a general level of disorganization. I feel like I'm back on track and a couple of emotion issues are cleared up. Why should I envy the "playas"? Choosing romance over lust makes me the better man and though it may not be easy, it will be better in the end.
Just wait y'all. Soon enough, Zamuel will be back in action.

Making girls your friends is a really good thing. If they are feeling lonely you're there. You'll get to know more things about her than her boyfriends, Big Advantage!
