I'm on the part when the water is out and I had to go to the waterworks place on the net, but I'm stuck because there is a little waterfall thing in the way and there is ice making me slide in all these directions and I don't know what to do. There's also a door ahead that's locked and there's "clicking noises" from inside. I can't figure out what to do and I've been stuck here for about 30 minutes.
Can someone here help me?

You have to get to the faucet to turn off the water so you can go underneith. There's one really hard spot where you have to slide on a very specific point in order to reach the otherside. It's just a mater of finding that point.

No, it's Megaman Battle Network for GameBoy Advance. It's a real cool game. Kinda like an RPG.
