I've downloaded ICQ yesterday and every time I lauch it an error message appears that the program have done an erroe in the "Kernell32" or in a mudule(like 00000:0000000017 or something like that)
I've downloade the ICQ 2 time, do a scan disc, an defragmantation of the disc(sorry this may be french term)and it does work either. So if any body got a idea thank because I need it!

Something is causing errors in your Kernel, which is NOT good at all. What OS are you running and how long have you been running it?

Whoah, a kernel problem is very hard to troubleshoot, sorry :(
Maybe you could try Trillian? It intergates ICQ, AIM, Yahoo, MSN, IRC together and hopefully it'll work onm your computer. Good luck!

Sounds to me like you need to reinstall your windows OS. A format with it would be nice, and even an upgrade (if you can) to a newer version of windows.
