Master Bon: He doesn't beat the crap out of people as much as he should, considering how huge his arms are.
Blood Barbarians: He's a little depressing, and he's probably gonna die soon.
Black Hayato: I know he's gonna die sooner or later to make room for spoony Hayato, SPOONS!
Nelo Angelo: He hurts!
Ryu: His    , I just hate it!
Those are some of my favorite characters, there are more, but I don't have time!

I don't know anything I don't like about Terry in actual game storyline, though I didn't like how he became a drunk in the FF2 OVA. Hmm....I don't like how he doesn't have the rising tackle in MotW, how could he let himself go like that....tsk, tsk, tsk....
Mary.....ahhhh, it's hard to think of anything I don't like about her....
Hmm, you are making this hard on me.

Hey, Holiday! I like your list! Cool selection of characters!
Ummm...let's see. For every character I don't like, there's like, 5 I do like. So let's try this:
Leona: Hangs out with the Ikari Warriors.
Rolento: Can't use him effectively against human opponents.
Zangief: Doesn't play a major enough part in the overall SF story.
Jon Talbain: Is one of the more difficult characters to beat when playing against the cpu.
Rainbow Mika: See Jon Talbain.
Saisyu Kusanagi: Has a bad habit of NOT being playable, but instead appearing in endings (he's only playable in two of the 8 KoF games).
Yamazaki: Doens't look like he'll ever be playable again (Fatal Fury is in the MotW storyline now, and he may or may not reappear in MotW2, and it doesn't look like he'll be making a comeback in any KoF's).
Heihachi: 1st player outfit in Tekken 4. 'Nuff said.
Paul Phoenix: While most other characters' outfits changed, his remained the same for four games (he finally got a change in Tekken 4).
Felicia: See Rainbow Mika.
Kyosuke: CvS2. While still fun to play as, he's not much competition in vs. play.
Daigo Kazama: Isn't in CvS2.
Heishiro Mitsurugi: Borrows so much from Haohmaru that you're stressed to call it "borrowing" anymore...
Zelkin: See Daigo.
Haohmaru: Wasn't the main character of SS3, replaced instead with that wimp Shizumaru. Blech. Luckily, SNK fixed that mistake...
Ukyo Tachibana: Gets so many chicks, no one else gets the chance to score.^_^
I'm going nuts here, so I think I'll stop before I post too much...

OK, let's see:
Kim Kaphwan: What he has in comboability and speed, lacks in priority. Ack. You can't run & attack Kyo style, it won't work.
Goro Daimon: As a judo user, I would like to see him with the upper part of the judogi (just as in his striker action in KOF2000). It looks more "traditional". Also, a more talkative attitiude would be fine.
Remy: Poor, very poor stamina and short stun bar. Also, his shoes.
Makoto: I would like her to have a projectile... Hahaha... joking. What I would like for her is... more fanservice, mainly. ^_^
Link: Let him has a better & deeper story, and he would be the perfect RPG hero. NOTE: I don't mean a "more serious" storyline, but simply MORE storyline.
Zelgadiss: Let him be more powerfull... All is done by Lina and Gourry!!
There are more, but those are some fine examples of my thoughts.

ehh, a lot of these things are just stupid non-characteristic stuff but i'll list 'em anyways
Andy - wasn't in CvS2. so lame that they put Terry instead of both brothers. it's like making a game and putting Ryu and not Ken
Athena - she has a thing for Kyo >_< also, they made her extraordinarily weak in CvS2 imo, but then again, they've done that to a lot of characters
Geese - he didn't appear in Mark of the Wolves. HE'LL BE BACK, I TELL YOU
Kasumi - too serious
Leona - needs to cheer up
Mature - they killed her off. also, she wasn't in CvS2 (see Andy)
Robert - he wasn't in CvS2 (see Andy). wtf, it was sponsored by the "Garcia Foundation" for crying out loud!! Robert likes to fight. i don't think he'd give funds to a tournament and not participate. ugh
Ryo - Capcom did some weird things to his moves in CvS.. like giving him his dad's kick special (holding downback, then pressing forward and a kick) instead of his usual halfcircle move. also, most sketches i've seen of him make him look horrible. i used to call him "Elf Guy" 'cause of what he looked like in Art of Fighting 1 -_-
Terry - i so god damn HATE how Capcom portrayed him in the CvS games. his win quotes make him sound so full of himself when he's not. also, see the Terry vs Ken intro. Ken tosses him his hat and he doesn't say anything. Terry's a cool guy. i seriously think he would've said "thanks" or smiled or something
Vice - they killed her off
many others. best if i spared you guys the horror of reading more

hmmm....
Most of my favorite characters won't appear anymore (most of Vampire cast, 6 Orochi on 8 + Chizuru, most of Samurai spirits cast, etc).
Anakaris was a catastrophy in MvC2.
Iggy won't appear anymore, nobody likes him and he was killed by the most laughable character in the manga.
Same with Boingo (except for the death, of course).
Guts (Berserk) always wear a huge armor and you can't see anything under it.
Nishizono Shinji would scare me to death if I ever meet him in real.
Mista..... no, Mista is perfect. Oh, I hope he will be in the next Asuka so I change my avatar to him again.
