Well, it's Jojo... It's not about stupidity, it's about coolness (I don't get a word in english to have all the meaning in our word "classe"...) So you can agree that it is "claaaaasse" to have gasoline on the body and touch fire with it. Especially if you can continue to breathe and speak while burning. yes, yes, and there is also this usual story about mind, who has the strongest mind, kakugo no ue, etc etc. There has been many scenes like this (I remember the fight Mista vs White Album) where characters commit double suicide while they say the coolest things you can imagine. Man, I hope these scenes will be played in Capcom game, with great voice actors Capcom usually hire, I may spend more time to watch these scenes than to play the actual game.

... and this time, the game has a more episodic, level-based design. The levels play out like little stories within the game. They start out with a setup, detailing which character you'll be controlling and your objective. Usually, as you make your way through an area, you'll be given a secondary objective to tackle as well. The game lets you walk around the level freely, and you have basic attack and roll commands. You can also unleash your stand, which is a crazy spiritual alter ego that pops out of your body and does all the heavy lifting. Your stand does the major fighting, so the game boils down to finding an enemy, activating your stand, and attacking.
Interesting....

OK, well..this is how it works, I believe. (I'm willing to be corrected on this) You have an attack button, a special attack button, a roll button, a Stand attack button, and a button to call out your stand, and then after calling out your stand, you can use all of the other buttons to do different stuff while your stand is active. The five levels in the demo are Giorno vs Bucciarati (train) Giorno vs Bucciarati (city) Giorno vs Black Sabbath (Polpo) (I THINK) Bucciarati vs Grateful Dead (forgot users name) Bucciarati vs Beach Boy (Pesci)
I noticed that the fight with Man in the Mirror wasn't included...and I think it's because the only playable characters were Giorno and Bucciarati...and you'd end up using Fuugo and Abbaccio in that fight. Anyway, as was mentioned, luring Black Sabbath into the sun increases your life...and in the fight with Grateful Dead, like in the manga, ice will reverse the effects of his stand. This is discovered when you hit an ice machine in the level. Mista wasn't usable for the first part of the fight, but he is in a cinema. (being shot in the head, like in the manga) Also, the names of the stands will probably be altered for legal reasons, according to the Capcom dude at E3. I owe a lot of this information to my buddy Pherio.

quote: Neither are the fights with Zucchero, Sale and Formaggio... But the game is due for July, and I haven't noticed a lot of improvements or _new_ stuff in the previews for this game for quite some time, now... "I have a bad feeling about this..." ^^;
Olivier, stop saying things like that you .. you ... "oiseau de malheur!!" I never was able to remind the name of the standtsukai in the 5th part, but Little Feet, Man In The Mirror, White Album and Baby Face (not sure about him...?) were on the Capcom's site a few mounth ago (along with Trish). But you're right, there seems to be a few characters missing (the pic where you first see Sex Pistols is in a town, not on a seaside (just before the fighting against Kraft Werk). And I can't blame Capcom for this... there are REALLY hard to adapt in a video game - characters in this chapter, like Green Day, Talking head, Rolling Stone... It is very courageous of them to have tried, and even if there are several characters missing, the work so far looks good to me. I just hope they don't change the name of the stands in the japanese version (I really don't care about the translation). "hey, no, it's not Sex Pistols! it's in katakana, it means Seckus Pissutru, there is absolutely no relation!!"
