Hey, being SNK the developers of the game, they can throw a little storyline, just for fun. I don't mind if it involves dead characters. What I want is a dreammatch with storyline, basically.

Something like: Gill and Orochi met one day and Orochi said: "Let's make a tourney for SNK and Capcom fighters. If a SNK fighter gets to the final, you Gill fights, if it's a Capcom fighter, I, Orochi will fight him/her" "And why that?" Responded Gill "Cause we are eeeevil cheapasses, no?" Orochi said...

I haven't seen a good storyline since Darkstalkers,so for me,they'd have to bring back good storylines. I'd like a giant brawlfest,too.

But storylines need to start coming back. I wish they'd include ages and dates of birth for the SFA characters like they did for SF in the old days.

A little storyline for fun seems good. Since it's... well, fun :P But the whole POINT of a dream match is to allow matches that could never happen in reality, so it should be allowed to do things like bring back dead characters or ignore continuity, etc.

Dreamatch with a story (A la MotM) would be the best way. It'd be too much work to try and fit togther the storylines of the two companies, plus it'd also limit intresting characters from being used. So Dreamatch is the way to go...

But I'd like them to at least to put togther some kinda of story (Even if it is a gag one...)

A storyline would be quite nice. Of course, as I always say... characters who are " dead " can come back any time the designers feel like.. " The designers giveth, and the designers taketh away. Blessed be thy name, game designer! " . It's a game, with a story like a comic book. Not real life. ^_^
