I check on SSH's site today, and found some good updates.

On the FF last battle medley, appearantly it's like this: (in order)

"Ira Tenax" + FFVII "One winged Angel"
RHAPSODY -> Warrior of the Ice
FFV - last battle (main part)
FFIX - last battle (used parts of it)
FFIV - last battle (used guitar solo of parts)
FFV - back to the last battle
Ending with FFVII Sephiroth battle theme.
