I thought about this idea when chatting with whitesword. Anyone can add their input if they would like.
The game would be called(duh)Capcom racing. There would be allowed up to four players,and a PS2 exclusive release. It would have almost all the major characters from the Capcom universe,at least a few from each genre of Capcom's great fighting games.(Darkstalkers,SF,CyberBots,Project Justice,Warzard,e.t.c)BUT WAIT!! Instead of being in "normal" form,they'd all be in chibi form! Like in PF! Here's the cast,most complete with which car they'll drive. Here's where you guys also come in,I can't think of all the cars the characters will drive,so help me out:

Ken (1994 Ferrari)
Chun-Li(even thought I don't like none of the above,I'll list them,otherwise we'll have a flame war on our hands  )

I don't think it works giving them real cars, giving Guile "jeep" works since it's generic... but you need to pay money to use each car design in a game, something that would never happen happen in real life...
besides which Ryu obviously doesn't know how to drive (he's always hitchhiking in his endings, you'd think owning only one pair of clothes he'd use some of his winnings to at least buy a bicycle or something) so you missed a good chance to put less Shotos in a game and let him ride with Ken (which makes a lot more sense)
Your cast list also seems to be not so much "Capcom Racing" so much as "characters T.E. likes and two shotos Racing featuring Chun-Li" If the cast was more representive of "Capcom" (Megaman, Dan, Strider, Akuma, Vega, Balrog, E.Honda, Blanka, Zangief... Hell! why not all Capcom characters from the latest version of their latest game! CvS2, SFA3, SF3:3, MvC2, DS3, MM&F/MMX6/MML2/MML:MAoTB, etc.)
