OK I have watched Spiderman the movie - exclusively before the worldwide release.

The movie was quite OK, enjoyable and entertaining and quality of the movie was quite good...I must say it is better than most of the Batman movies (mainly the 4th and 5th installment). But I must warn you not to pin too high hopes for the movie, even though I am quite sure it will please most of the Marvel comic fans though. Tobey Maguire and Kirsten's acting kinda sucks, they are not natural enough...Willem Dafoe The Green Goblin was cool though - the scenes where he struggled as his inner self was taken by evil were extremely well-done...Other than that the storyline was a bit on the draggy side for a 1hr 55 min movie and there are some light humour here and there....Action scenes are somewhat a bit limited, and that's about it...Overall I will give the movie 7/10.

OK some big and small spoilers here.
Enjoy the movie!!!!

Great! I just had to spoil myself.

*Sighs*

I'll at least hope the movie turns out okay. I can't believe you watched the movie before the world wide public release.

Yeah the movie is fine.
Anyway I accidentally deleted the spoilers while I was editing the last post. Here they are again:

Spoiler (Highlight to view) -
1. In the opening scene, Peter Parker was chasing a bus.

2. Peter intended to call his character The Human Spider instead of Spiderman.

3. Peter signed up as an amatuer wrestler so that he could earn money to buy Mary Jane a car that costs $3000. His opponent - Ex WWF wrestler - Randy Savage.

4. In their 2nd encounter, Green Goblin took Spiderman away using Sleeping Gas. But in the next scene, he was trying to persude Spiderman to join his side, without first finding out who he is by lifting his mask!

5. In their final Shodown, Green Goblin wanted Spiderman to make a decision - to choose to save Mary Jane, his love interest, or a cable car full of kids.

6. Green Goblin was killed while he was trying to give Spiderman a surprise attack with his glider.

7. Peter's friend, Harry, thought that Spiderman killed his father, The Green Goblin, and vowed that he will make Spiderman pay for killing his father.

8. Peter rejected Mary Jane's love at the end of the movie.

9. Peter indirectly caused the death of his uncle. He let go a robber who later shot his uncle in order to get a car.

10. Two most important lines in the movie.
"The greater the power, the greater the responsibility"
"Who am I? I am Spiderman!"

End of Spoiler

Oh, okay. I can't even remember all of the spoilers. So, that's good for me.

I'll try to watch it when it comes out.

it is. Either we were told the wrong thing or the movie messed it up, which I doubt because that's the whole moral of the Spider-Man story. I don't think they'll miss it, especially with Stan Lee and Avi Arad executive producers of the film.

All I hope is that this movie won't be plagued by WAY too much sorry ass lovey-dovey scenes. I hate going to see a good action movie and these always are worked in.

Hell,if I wanted that,I'd watch Shakespeare in Love or something.

They got that right in the movie. I watched a special on E! last night and it showed when Uncle Ben says that.

It is...haha sorry for the mistake...bah my poor memory....

I am no Spiderman comic fan, so I am reviewing this movie from a normal person's point of view. From what I see they should have retained most of the stuff...
