I'm bored so I've decided to make a questionare/standarized test thingy see other people's views on games and movies based on games/comics. Remember, there are no right or wrong answers, be truthful, no looking at other's paper, please use a number 2 pencil... okay here we go:
Part 1: Videogames
1-I would play a 3D version of a traditionaly 2D series:
A-if it was 100% dead on in gameplay to it's 2D counter part
B-if it had all my favorite characters
C-if it was only a sub-game and not a true sequel
D-just to see how awful it turned out
E-if the polygon models were as detailed as sprites in the old game
F-if it was a fun game
G-when Hell freezes over

C-because I want to play as a 2D [insert Rival School or Star Gladiator character here whose not Kyosuke or Hayate]

G-over my dead body!
3-I think the Dead or Alive series is:
A-Excellent because of it's unique and ground breaking interactive levels and gameplay
B-'Hella Sweet' because you can see that chick's butt
C-it's pretty good
D-it's average
E-it's awful
F- "NO! You are mistaken! It is Dead or Alive 3 that is the piece of Shit! Not Tekken4!" (for creator of T4 only)
4-A good boss/villian is made by:
A-they're insanely cheap moves
B-they're clothing and evil laugh
C-they're storyline
D-they're rivalry with the heros
E-all of the above
F-none of the above
5-A good hero character is made by:
A-ripping off Ryu
B-ripping off Ryu but doing it a little less obviously
C-not ripping off Ryu
D-all heros suck
E-none of the above
6-CvS2 would have been better if it:
A-had featured more balanced characters
B-had been a VS-series style tag game
C-had included [favorite character]
D-had not included [non-favorite character]
E-wasn't going to feature "GC-ISM" in the Gamecube port
F-was made by SNK
G-shut up! CvS2 rules!
7-SvC will be better then CvS2 IF it:
A-features more balanced characters
B-is a KoF style team game
C-includes [favorite character]
D-does not include [non-favorite character]
E-wasn on a non-MVS hardware
F-was made by Capcom
G-shut up! CvS2 rules!
8-Rage of the Dragons:
A-Sucks
B-Really Sucks
C-Really really sucks
D-Why must you bag on everything!!!!
9-If my favorite game were to suddenly change it's play system (ie-the SF4 is a KoF style 3-on-3 game, KoF2k2 is a tag game) I would:
A-cry myself to sleep every night
B-play it so long as the root gameplay was the same
C-write mean letters to the company until they changed it back
D-play something else
E-live with it
10-Capcom needs to make a new Darkstalkers:
A-because they like money
B-because I said so
C-NOW!!!!!!!
D-sometime in the future because it's a popular series
E-before Jesus comes back
F-no they don't, DS isn't all that good.
Part 2- Movies based on Games/Comics
1-I don't mind if a character's backstory is changed so long as:
A-they remain true to their source material self.
B-it makes it easier for the mainstream audience to understand their origin so I may see a favorite character on screen.
C-I do mind, I mind very much actually
D-I don't care really, oooooh look it's Mr.Freeze AND Poison Ivy!
2-I don't mind if a character's costume is changed if:
A-it's to make them look less stupid on the big screen (ie- an all black clothed Batman is fine, since Blue/Grey would look silly!)
B-it's an enjoyable movie overall
C-it doesn't make them look retarded (If a Blue/Red Superman doesn't look good on film, don't replace him with a Pink/lime green one or something)
D-once again, I mind, I mind very very much
E-they make Chun-Li's outfit red, this right away clues me in that the movie will SUCK
F-I don't mind at all... hehe, Batman and Robin's costumes look so gay!
3-I don't mind if a character's race is change so long as:
A-The actor chosen to play them can act and will make people believe they are said character
B-Jet Li is cast as Superman in "Superman Lives"! (Dudes! that's be sweeeet! and Jackie Chan could be Batman in "World's Finest: the movie"!)
C-it makes sense (ie-don't make Ryu a white guy because you can, but do make him one if you feel said white actor can offer the nessessary acting and fighting skills to make us believe he is Ryu)
D-YOU KNOW FULL WELL I MIND! Stop asking such stupid questions!!!
E-Don't care.... did anyone else notice Harvey Dent was played by Lando in the first Batman, but he was played by Agent K in "Batman Forever"?
4-I would enjoy a live-action movie based on a game/comic if:
A-The producers found a way to fit every character into some bizarre terrorism/war storyline
B-It was true to the characters as a movie made for the main stream could be
C-It had lots of wacky in jokes (HAHA! Bison's hats are the same his alternate costume colors! HAHAHA! He uses the same control stick as the arcade game to control his evil plans! HEEHEEHA!!! that bucket says "capcom" on it!)
D-Hell froze over
E-it was an anime instead
F-it nailed the plot-line on the head (ie-Mortal Kombat)
5-Comic books often cross-over, I would like to see movies based on them do this if:
A-Making "World's Finest" keeps the WB from making "Batman Beyond: the live action movie"
B-Just give me Aliens Vs Preditor Already!
C-It wasn't something retarded like "Blade Meets The Hulk VS the X-Men!"
D-I would NOT like to see this

6-I already hate the Spiderman movie because:

B-Mary Jane is dropped of a bridge much in the same way Gwen Stacy was killed
C-Green Goblin looks laughabley bad
D-Toby?!?! I thought Freddie Prince Jr. was getting the part!
E-I, unlike the rabid fanboy comminity, will wait until after I've seen Spiderman before passing judgement

Justice Gakuen. I'd also like to see Asura, Shiki, Karakuri Hanma, and Gandara/Yuga in 2d... but I doubt that will ever happen. -_-

Not that it's bad, but there are many people missing, in my opinion. It has an excellent selection of villains. ^_^
SvC will be better then CvS2 IF it:

I don't like MK... but I'll admit, it's the best game-to-movie transfer out there.

Somethings have to change to fit into the compressed time frame of a movie, but I want it to remain close to the orginal...
2-I don't mind if a character's costume is changed if
A-it's to make them look less stupid on the big screen (ie- an all black clothed Batman is fine, since Blue/Grey would look silly!)
-Batman and X-men are good examples of this, as their usual super hero outfits wouldn't work on the big screen. Though that Spiderman costume is lookin mighty sweet in all the previews

Haven't played it that much, but what I've seen has been alright so...C.

I'd say it's based on how difficult they were WITHOUT being cheap, and their theme music. All of the most kickbutt bosses have awesome theme music...and character design.

I'll go with G, but only because the things that I think CvS2 needs aren't included (most of them anyway).

This is dependent on a lot of things, but for the moment I'll say C. There are a lot of characters that I want to see...
