quote: I know that, but I believe he likes the movie too, that's what I meant. Too many people I run into on boards are so into anime that they hate Disney and everything. I meant I'm glad he wouldn't use "It's Disney" why something was wrong with it.
Actually I think BatB is the perfect example of film animation, however it has much wrong with it. Such as: -the Beast's age doesn't make sense. "10 years ago" the spell was cast, yet the rose dies at 21! Shit, rather harsh punishment for an 11 year old for calling someone ugly. -when Cogsworth falls down gears fall out, isn't that like him losing organs? -Most of the main cast became something close to their jobs (ie-Maids became dusters, Chef became the stove, Cogsworth merged with his pocket watch), so what jobs did all the random objects like knives, forks, spoons, lamps, ect. hold? -The Beast never actually sigs -When on the IMAX many backgrounds characters look rushed
See? that's pretty picky, no? and that's for my favorite movie!
Anyway, I don't bag on movies because they're Disney simply because that's as retarded as saying "oh I hate anime because I don't like Pokemon."
I hate "Disney" as a company because Micheal Eisner is an evil bastard who ruined Walt's dream and makes untrue verions of classic stories and awful sequeals. However I can't hate the movies, they're animated extremely well even if they are "kiddie fare" (and unlike the poular say, anime is not all that superior in animation techinques) I guess it's like the old saying "hate the game, not the player." Hate the company for being stupid, enjoy the movies for being animated so nicely and being rather entertaining most of the time.

True, true. I agree about Walt Disney's dream being ruined.

<blarg> I had a whole big thing typed up before I had modem trouble. Coincidently one of the powers happens to be making electronics freak out.
I'm not gonna type the whole huge thing agian because it'd be a waste if the past were to repeat itself.
1)Reading hearts and minds (not like what someone is actually thinking but emotions, dreams, fears, and the like)
2)Flipping out electronics. (including my last computer monitor, a halogen light, and countless minor electronics and VCRs)
3) Being unnoticed and not remembered. (Usually I can enter a room and no one notices at all. I'm pretty silent without having to work at it. And then they tend to forget me.. but not entirely. They'll just have vauge memories that they knew someone but not who. Only those who really get to know me seem to remember me but it takes a while before that happens. When I First meet them they're not so great at it.)
4) High tolerance to pain and pain killers.
5) Normal body temp: 100 F Heart rate: 122 beats per minute breath rate: 28 breaths per minute
6) Able to stand cold... as in cold showers, sandals in the snow.
7) Mind games and manipulation
8) Razor thin and sharp nails (I have scars from myself) and whip-like hair that has actually managed to cause someone to bleed. -_-;
Weaknesses...
1) Heat. Heat kills me.
2) Sunlight. Been recorded, my skin will turn red, burn, and fry within 20 minutes of direct sunlight... and yes it hurts.
3) Vomiting (don't ask)
4) Spiders
5) Tornadoes
6) Chronic incurable illnesses
7) Pity (When I look into someone's heart I end up feeling so bad for them!)
8) Guys. I have a big soft spot for guys and I don't usually get along with girls.
9) anime, videogames, managa,.... Japan. (Sorry.. but it's a BIG weakness of mine. Throw a tape of anime I haven't seen off a cliff and I'll probably follow blindly.)
Well.. I think that's all.
