The Series and the New Files OAV are the best of the lot, and are highly recomended. Liked the first movie alot too...

Don't like the second movie for alot of reasons, that I probably shouldn't get into here. But it's well like by other anime fans, so it's worth a watch.

Same here! Can't wait to see the movie :)

*checks WinMX*

Ah it's out for download already, but it's
not subbed yet ^_^

And I've also heard of a "Minipato", which
is some sort of a SD Patlabor series or
episode. Anyone has info about this?

You DO have to get a grip of the series some time; it is a work that deserves to be heed.

As for the movies; I liked bot of them, they where directed in such a different ways, one does focus on investigation & action while the other heed motives and personality problems.

Extraordinary

Looks good! Even when I saw the series on TV, I never was a big Patlabor fan... but Minipato looks cool!

BTW, Mini Pato means "Mini Duck" in spanish
