In honor of my new Tag and avatar, I'd thought i'd ask how many anime and manga fans here are enjoying Chobits? I'm loving it (Got GN 1 from Tokyopop, and 2 eps from Digisubbers) and can't wait for more!

It's a manga and anime about a guy who stumbles upon a female robot that he has to teach stuff. Original, eh?

Sorry, I'm just kind of burned out on animes like that.

The story looks like it'll have a sad ending... So I'll pass for now, after reading the first volume of the manga I just don't want to see any character that I like suffering (Remembers Saber Marionette J to X).

Of course, maybe I'm wrong and it ends in a positive way...

Rid: I think it'll end in a sad way too, but I can enjoy stories like that too. But it may not end that way too...Whatever, It looks like a cool little Sci-Fi story so I'm liking it

Pointystick: Yes, it seem dervitive, but I like the way Clamp is handling it so far (It feels unique and fresh) so I'm willing to give it a shot. Plus Chii is so cute...:)

TB: That's Chii...And I like here...

I like Chii very much, plus there are so
many "forbidden love" situations in the
story, hehe.

And I think this is a first "not for kids"
manga/anime from Clamp? Haha, I was shocked
when I saw that they drew female nipples in
the manga ^_^;;

Oh, and I kinda like the Op song too. I
wonder when the OST is coming out?

I think X may be the first not for kids manga, as it covers alot of mature themes. Though more so in mystcism and fight scenes...

Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, the 30 minute OAV
is not for kids though and is nothing more than an excuse for Clamp fanservice..(Get the DVD from ADV in the US, cause it's good fanservice...:)

Chii rocks, yes...And I want a full version of the Op and Ending, as both songs are rocking...:P

Actually, Clamp did mature things from their first doujin. For example, Seiden (or "Rg Veda") is even deeper than X, and Tokyo Babylon is not exactly a kid manga. The "Kid" thing only began with MKR and Sakura, and they did very mature thing while they did that (ie Clover)

By the way..... did anyone saw the pics of the (ahem) GREAT (ahem) fighting game of X by .... Bandai? (cries)
