I have, and it rocks. Politically though, I can't imagine it being released in the US without some controversy (it already caused a lot in Japan), because of the whole thing between the entertainment industry and high school violence... it's all pretty over-the-top fiction but some parents probably won't see it that way...

It's a superb show man... The concept is kinda weird... but thinking about it, it's kinda frightening that it COULD be possible...
Fight violence with violence... make the enemy kill themselves off...

Me too, it was out in France a few months back. I totally loved it. Some scenes are really impressive and disturbing (when the girls kill one another in the kitchen in less than 30 seconds)... And the closing song is great too.

I think I would want to watch it someday too...The storyline seems kinda gripping...

Yes seen it, quite scary that something like this can exist. Great film.

I've seen it, and the fact that the movie is Japanese live action kind of belies any sort of serious atmosphere the concept might have had.
Yeah, I saw this last August at Otakon 2001. A fantastic black comedy. Easily one of the most violently fucked up shows I've ever seen. My only complaint was that it dragged on a little long (for example, the last 5 minutes were completely unnecessary). I heartily recommend it to anyone who hasn't seen it, but be warned: It's *incredibly* violent, and has some extremely disturbing subject matter. Keep in mind that the show at its core is a dark comedy and it's NOT supposed to be taken seriously.
