actually, it's a representation of diffrent capcom game girls. If anything, Lilith and Ibuki or Elena should be removed (repetitious).
For the most part, they picked the right girl to represent each series.
Biohazard, SFII, SFZ, SFIII, SFIII, Vampire, Vampire, and Cyberbots.
To represent capcom landmark series, one character each from Onimusha and Rockman would have been a better choice, rather than choosing two characters to represent SFIII and Vampire.
if the illustration was drawn before Onimusha was made, then Final Fight or D&D would have been cool.
Elf or thief from D&D, Maki from FF2, and Roll or Tron from Rockman.
Doh, I almost forgot Breath of Fire series...
