I watched Ep 1 digisubbed awhile back, and it's not that hot. The story is a bit contrived, and the Kenji Gotoh character design is getting really boring for me...(Like it in Nadesico, found it bleah in Gatekeepers, don't like it here).
With so many other good anime titles coming this year I'd suggest passing it over and going for something like Vandread.

The comic version is so much better than the anime version, with Inoue Sora doing the character designs. I was cying when I heard that Gotoh was doing the character designs, and that the story was going to be based on the novel verison (novel was more sci-fi).
On another note, can't wait to see Tokyo UG. I don't believe that's becoming an anime...

I don't want to know about the quality (well, actually I do) I want to know about the plot and characters as I'm hoping that my game designs don't wind up too similar to any manga/anime/game that already exists. Rivals Schools comparisons are inevitable but I'm trying to keep my stand on originality.

From Legend of the Mystical Ninja? I remember it crying... "meow meow" everytime some text went up.
That was a damn cool game, it's too bad that all the next-generation Goemon games have sucked. :/
