Hmmm... Might you have his name in kanji? I haven't really tried checking on him yet, but it'd be more convenient if I had the exact name :P Can't really check now anyway, since I recently burnt out my old PC and am in the process of looking for a new one...

Sweet...Comic Party and Kanon Manga (Yet more manga that I need to find).
While I can't comment on the changes made to the Kanon storyline (haven't played the game), I can say that Kanon just does the cliff hangers right (Must...watch...ep 8...:).
