Check out The MagicBox for news that Arc Systems are developing Guilty Gear for GP32.

I've yet to see screenshots of any of these games though. I really hope all these games are actually made. The screen on this handheld is way bigger than that of a GBA. Only 4 buttons though. Aghhh!
