Just saw this Korean movie "My wife is a gangster" and I find it very hilarious...
It is about this lady who is second in command of a gang triad and she is anything but feminine. She has to fulfil her sister's dying wish of getting married and having kids, but on the other hand, she is still getiing involved with the matters in the triad (getting involved in fights etc). The most hilarious parts were how she behaved in matchmaking sessions, consulting others on how to make a guy horny etc....I thought it was a rather creative storyline...=)
Anyway imagine having someone like that for your wife...wow...Anyway the female lead looks like Shiki from SS64...so you roughly get the idea...

I've heard of it, had a few people I know joke that one of the women was playing that role in real life or some such, but never watched it. If it's good, maybe I should ask about it then.

I will remember this movie... funny thing; I just saw (for the 20th time) the movie "el día de la bestia" (the day of the beast); it was about the coming of the anticrist to this world... but don't be fooled; this movie is nothing but parody showered in the good vs evil issue... I found it very appealing and entertained and I was going to make a post about it... I will take advantage of this thread.
It was about a priest; a owner of a heavy metal music store; a TV medium and many things... jokes are usually thrown in the mosty serious matters; but the parody issue is not that obvious; yet it is there; there is also a good amount of drama on the movie... Spanish movies kick ass; big time.

Oh, yeah, that's a good movie. It's from Alex de la Iglesia. He's done other very good movies, like "La Comunidad" (The Community). Ah, and, did you know that the actor that makes the role of the heavy metal fan is now very famous in Spain?

Oh, yeah, that's a good movie. It's from Alex de la Iglesia. He's done other very good movies, like "La Comunidad" (The Community). Ah, and, did you know that the actor that makes the role of the heavy metal fan is now very famous in Spain?

Hmmm sounds interesting enough..too bad I don't get to see much of Spanish movies...but I will remember the title and hopefully catch it someday...Thanks for the recoomendation though!! =)
