Yeah, I have friends telling me that I do need a girlfriend. Problem is that I'm not really the type of guy who can please a girl.

I won't have ANY of that "I can't please a girl talk." Girls like confidence. That's how they notice you. After that, if you can look at them when you talk to them and be able to listen too you should do OK. Girls like to talk, so just ask a girl you know (preferably on the phone) how her day went and that's a 45 minute conversation right there. Then start hanging out with her and you'll feel better. After a while you'll both start feeling comfortable around each other and you can ask her out and maybe she'll say yes. Buy her some gifts every once in a while. Surprise her, but don't start showing up at her house and stuff and following her and stuff. THE STALKER VIBE IS NOT GOOD!
I don't know if that helped or not, I'm kinda in the middle of doing this and I think I lost my chance at asking this girl out around December. She even invited me to stay over her house around Christmas, but I don't have a car so I couldn't. She bought me cake and stuff for my birthday and everything. I blew it somewhere, but I'm gonna get her sooner or later. Just gotta know where I took the wrong turn at.
